Buch worked with the Howard County Government to complete multiple interior fit outs for tenants: The Howard County Sheriff, Howard County Police, and Howard County Land Records. While all three areas were completed simultaneously, each area had its own requirements, including a backup generator for one department. Buch worked with the multiple tenants and building management on the locations of critical infrastructure to ensure all parties were satisfied. Buch also installed interior caging for the Sheriff’s K-9.
