Buch is a prequalified and preferred contractor of Novavax, which is located in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Novavax is a fast growing organization, and Buch was brought on board to help support their growth. We have been working on MEP improvements across their campus, interior renovations and repairs, and most recently an office to lab conversion project. This project includes a complete the demolition of an existing office space and construction of a new clinical immunology lab. Part of the project will involve new HVAC equipment, RODI water system, and emergency generator.
