Buch renovated an office space for AstraZeneca located in New York City’s challenging construction landscape. This renovation opened up the space to create team collaboration areas. Strategically placed quiet meeting spaces and teleconference rooms were key to the efficiency of the work environment. Buch modified existing energy-efficient mechanical and lighting systems to support the redesigned workspaces. All this while working in a fully occupied modern medical and office use 17-story building in the heart of the city.
