Many of our team are LEED or Green GlobesThe Green Globe certification is a structured assessment of the sustainability performance of travel and tourism businesses and their supply chain partners. More credentialed, and we provide incentives to encourage others to pursue credentialing.

In 2023, we received a Bronze rating in recognition of our positive environmental, social and governance performance from EcoVadis, the world’s largest and most trusted provider of sustainability ratings.

Wegmans | Wisconsin Ave
Due to the tight logistics, this project required BIM modeling to coordinate the elaborate MEP systems for the space. Since the project comprised of LEED-certified standards, energy-saving initiatives were introduced. These include the partially subsurface construction and the use of heat reclaim which reduces energy demand and provides a “head start” for the HVAC heating system.
