Phoenix Park Hotel

A 9-story, 1,000,000 sq. ft. addition expanded the facilities of this Washington, DC landmark hotel on Capitol Hill. Buch was contracted to perform all concrete work including the forming and the structural concrete frame. The second phase of the project included supplying and installing decorative woodwork for the new interior trim package.
