Engineer Training Center

Buch demolished an existing tenant space at the Engineer Center in Largo, MD. Following the demolition Buch built-out four classrooms all divided by moveable partitions giving the new tenants the option to turn all four class rooms into one room. Due to the added occupancy load due to these new classrooms, a new stairwell was required. Finally, there was added storage and hands-on learning rooms built out for the new students.
