Erickson Senior Living Devonshire
Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Buch is currently executing a multi-phased, occupied renovation at Erickson’s Devonshire Senior Living Facility. To date, completed phases include a full renovation of their commercial-grade kitchen, dining venues, library, lounge, movie theater, and corridor upgrades within two of three residential buildings. Remaining phases consist of three restaurant renovations, expansion of the vestibule area, new outdoor dining area, and the balance of the facility’s common area improvements. Throughout construction, Buch has maintained continuous operations while minimizing disruptions to residents and staff.
