Industrious Chelsea

Buch completed the interior renovation of a co-working space for Industrious in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, NYC. Formerly a WeWork space, our team renovated three floors in the building and transformed the space into a modern office space outfitted with high-end finishes, and extensive soundproofing in order to meet the clean and quiet aesthetic the client desired. The renovation involved a new reception layout of the main floor that housed all the office amenities with new finishes in the pantry and common areas. The conference rooms received new carpet & A/V upgrades. Buch coordinated the work within the building and tenants to mitigate disruptions.
