Buch worked with Lincoln Properties on their 1515 North Courthouse property in Arlington, VA. This 19,347 SF project consisted of three distinct spaces: a tenant fit-out for a corporate law firm, three new spec suites, and a renovation of an existing lobby. The team transformed the dated space and modernized with high-end finishes for a chic look, all while meeting the expectations of the various end users.
