Stonebridge is a real estate development and investment firm in the Greater Washington area. They recently developed the iconic Avocet Tower, a Trophy Class A Office Building, located on Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda, MD. Buch had the opportunity to partner with Stonebridge to create their corporate offices within the building. Close collaboration allowed for a successful project, which consisted of an interior fit-out with private office spaces, break rooms, conference rooms, IT rooms, open floor plan workstations, wellness rooms, reception spaces and the common corridor.  This was a fast-paced project and the first ever tenant interior fit-out done in the building. The work was done on the 7^th story, and it was finished with modern flooring, ceilings, and light fixtures throughout the 13,000 SF space.
