Buch completed a one-story precast building for the Plumbers and Gas Fitters Local 5 Union, which will be used as a training center to hold year round classes and offer training on the most cutting-edge green technologies. The building qualifies for Silver LEED certification, and features a state-of-the-art rainwater harvesting system and a 100kw photo-voltaic system. It also includes an 8,000 square foot shop for welding, large classrooms and lab areas with room for future expansion.
