Founded in 1986, VCA Animal Hospitals is a national network dedicated to advancing veterinary care and supporting local communities. Buch has partnered with VCA to deliver high-performance veterinary facilities across the U.S. Our scope includes new construction, renovations, and emergency repairs, all of which were executed with minimal disruption to ongoing operations and in compliance with medical-grade standards.

Mt. Kisco, NY
We completed a ground-up, 6,000+ square foot state-of-the-art facility at Crossroads Plaza, nearly tripling the size of VCA’s previous location. The new hospital features specialized rooms for surgery, radiology, dental care, and general examinations, along with advanced installations such as medical gas systems, surgery lights, and Mitsubishi split systems. Two rooftop units ensure optimal climate control, and full-height, sound-dampened walls create a quiet, professional setting for procedures. Staff spaces were also a priority, with doctors’ offices, administrative areas, and lounges thoughtfully built for comfort and efficiency.

Ft Myers, FL
This full-scale remodel transformed a boarding facility for cats and dogs, including demolition and reconstruction of all interior walls, ceilings, flooring, and infrastructure. The project scope included HVAC upgrades, plumbing and electrical overhauls, new millwork, storefronts, and the installation of specialized medical equipment.
