James Buck

Executive Vice President, James Buck oversees preconstruction estimates and contract reviews. With more than 40 years experience, Jim is the former President of Skinker & Garrett, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Auburn University, a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University and is an active member of the Virginia Bar Association.
