Milestone Building #4 is a six-story Class A office building in the Milestone Business Park located in Germantown, MD. Buch constructed this 180,000 SF steel-framed structure with a metal pan decking/concrete floor slabs. The project featured a masonry skin, aluminum windows and a TPO membrane roof. The main lobby featured high-end stone, millwork, and ceiling features.
