The Flying Bridge

The Capital View at 400, previously known as The Flying Bridge, is one of the premier event locations overlooking the United States Capitol, Union Station, and the Washington Monument. The project included a new 6,500 SF rooftop terrace in conjunction with a 1,000 SF penthouse interior fit-out. The scope included Ipe decking material, a retractable awning, a stairwell and lift to connect to the lower terrace, and an interior fit-out of the penthouse for a food preparation area and restroom.
