Local 5 Plumbers Union Hall

Buch constructed the new Plumbers & Gasfitters UA Local 5 complex in Lanham, MD. In addition to the new 20,000 SF building structure and interior fit-out, the project also required new underground utilities, a sitework package, and a new parking lot. The team closely collaborated with the client to minimize disruption to the community. Buch also performed an interior fit-out of the assembly and health and wellness center areas.
