2700 Quincy Street Spec Suites

As part of a larger building upgrade, Buch worked with LPC to complete this spec suite fit-out for Federal Realty. The scope of work included upgrading the building’s main lobby, elevator lobbies and core restrooms. We also renovated the basement to include a new tenant storage space, a bike storage room and an ADA restroom with a shower. The space features high-end finishes and modern wall panels throughout. Additional scope included exterior improvements to the main entrance.
