Constellation 17th Floor

This project was a full renovation of Constellation’s Executive Floor, including complete MEP system upgrades and new interior finishes. Much of the floor sits on raised access tiles, which required modifications to install carpet tile and terrazzo flooring. The lighting system was updated to the latest Crestron platform.
The project achieved LEED Platinum certification, which required careful coordination of waste tracking and system programming to meet energy performance standards. Scope also included a detailed millwork package with acoustical ceiling panels, millwork wall panels, and custom millwork doors.
