Buch partnered with Macy’s and Lancôme on a nationwide rollout of new concept shops, including the flagship at Herald Square, NY. Each interior fit-out included white-box construction with new HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, along with custom millwork, lighting, flooring, and high-end finishes that reflected Lancôme’s sophisticated brand identity. The Herald Square flagship featured a standout illuminated canopy cantilevered on a single glass pane, requiring extensive structural coordination and installation of new steel supports. Across all locations, careful collaboration with Lancôme’s design team ensured the brand’s vision was realized, creating elevated, luxurious spaces for customers.
