Buch Construction completed this phase of the South Lake Marketplace with the construction of four ground-up retail shell buildings totaling 36,000 square feet. The exterior designs feature a mix of EIFS, metal panels, brick, and a variety of architectural canopies.

Each building was delivered as a demised, warm-lit shell, complete with full sprinkler and fire alarm systems. Site improvements included multiple grease interceptors, retaining walls, dining patios, and dumpster enclosures to support future tenants’ operational needs. This phase of the development will serve as a cornerstone of South Lake Marketplace, welcoming 14 new tenants to the growing retail destination.
