Buch renovated over 15,000 SF of downtown DC office space spanning multiple floors at 1601 K Street. The scope included a complete lobby update, new tenant space and a new spec suite. This 24-week project features high-end finishes including folding glass partitions, demountable glass partitions, custom reception desks and light fixtures. To support the primarily open office space, conference spaces and huddle rooms were constructed.
