Buch partnered with The Bernstein Companies to complete a full renovation of Artline Reflection, a 115,000‑square‑foot historic multifamily building in Washington, D.C. The project modernized residential units and building infrastructure while working within the constraints of an existing, historically significant complex.

Project Highlights:
- Replacement of 450+ windows throughout the building
- Full renovation of residential units, including new modern finishes and upgrades
- Created new amenity spaces, including a fitness center, community center, and mail/package room
- Complete installation of an all-new MEP systems, featuring new switchgear, full hydronic and plumbing piping systems replacement, and individual in-unit fan coil units
- Reconfiguration of corridors and unit layouts, increasing the building from 128 to 160 units
- Construction of new MEP chases and upgrades to the mechanical room
- Installation of a new sprinkler and fire protection systems including new incoming fire service line
- New meter room and power infrastructure allowing for individual unit metering
- Integration of two new Pepco electrical services
