NOBE Apartments

The North Bethesda Market Apartments project was a repositioning of a 15,000 SF retail space to 13 high end loft style apartments. On the 2nd floor of an existing building we used a raised floor system to assist in plumbing and electrical installation. This allowed us to limit our penetrations in the existing post tension slab and avoid disruptions to the retail tenants below. With no laydown area and working in an occupied 23 story building, we were challenged with continuous material deliveries, challenging noise restrictions and tight working conditions. The apartments sizes range from studio to two bedroom featuring full Italian kitchens with stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, laundry rooms, LVT and carpet flooring and Italian doors and frames.
