Buch partnered up with BGE, an Exelon company, on the renovation of the 2nd and 3rd floors at the BGE Front Street offices in downtown Baltimore. The project achieved LEED Silver certification and utilized BIM technology throughout. Buch worked with the project team during the preconstruction phase to identify and plan schedule and cost goals. The scope included the replacement of exterior windows, asbestos abatement, new offices, conference rooms, and upgrades to the building core, including restrooms.
