Buch constructed new offices for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), a 21st-century agency that helps consumer finance markets work by making rules more effectively. The scope of work included the complete demolition and build back of three floors totaling 78,000 SF. Each floor included offices, open work areas, conference rooms and lunch rooms. The project was completed on time in 24 weeks.
