Erickson Living Riderwood is an independent senior living retirement community located in Silver Spring, MD. Buch was awarded and completed the multi-phase occupied renovation of the Riderwood lakeside clubhouse that also included exterior site upgrades. Renovations included architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and structural modifications to the lobby, classrooms, activity rooms, support kitchen, executive offices, satellite fitness, lounges, restaurant and auditorium. All work was carefully coordinated to minimize disruption to the residents and facility operations.
