Erickson Senior Living Riderwood

Buch partnered with Erickson Senior Living on the renovation of the Montgomery Station building within the Riderwood Community in Silver Spring, MD. This project focused on enhancing the public spaces for the residents spanning the terrace and main level. The renovations included the lobby, dining room, ballroom, music room, arts & craft room, PT/OT, and cafe. The scope of work also consisted of crucial finish and MEP upgrades. A refreshed color scheme was introduced to bring a modern and vibrant look to increase the residents’ experience. Logistics and coordination were the driving forces on this job in order to maintain a safe environment for the staff and residents in the active building.
