Buch partnered with Giant’s parent company, Retail Business Services, to complete phased renovations across multiple Giant grocery stores throughout Maryland and Virginia. The program includes both completed and in‑progress locations and totals more than 330,000 SF of renovated retail space.

Work across the portfolio included sales floor expansions to support updated meat and seafood departments with additional refrigeration, the addition of cheese and floral specialty areas, and the reconfiguration of existing departments and fixtures. Each renovation also featured new cases and equipment, all‑new flooring, updated decor packages, and renovated restroom facilities.

All projects were completed in active, occupied stores. Buch carefully phased construction to minimize disruption and consistently delivered work on time and on budget while maintaining full store operations.
