Buch has been working with GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) across their Rockville Campus to renovate a number of spaces including cGMP, Labs, and support space. Buch started with GSK to construct a ground up structure for housing gas cylinders. This quickly evolved into Buch becoming a preferred GSK contractor, and working on many other projects on the GSK site. Buch completed a cGMP space renovation at their large scale manufacturing suite. We have also completed a R&D Lab renovation at their vaccines site, an elevator installation at their small scale manufacturing site, a ground up biowaste storage facility at their small scale manufacturing site, along with multiple back of house renovations and MEP work. Buch continues to hold the preferred contractor standing at GSK, and is actively working on new large-scale life sciences projects.
