Buch completed the renovation of the Goodwin Living Sales Office, which serves as the primary point of contact for prospective residents and families. Goodwin Living operates a variety of home and community-based services that support residents across their three communities, and the upgraded Sales Office reflects their commitment to hospitality and care.

The project began with the full demolition of the existing space, followed by the build-back of a modern, welcoming environment designed to showcase Goodwin Living’s brand and mission. High-end finishes, custom millwork, and thoughtfully designed meeting areas were incorporated to create an elevated client experience. The finished space balances elegance and functionality, offering both staff and visitors a comfortable, refined setting for conversations about future living arrangements.
