The Plumbers & Gasfitters Local 5 was a construction project made from the ground up. This kind of projects require completing work on other areas like underground utilities, sitework, parking lot, among others. Buch fulfilled all expectations delivering this 20,000SF building on time and with minor disruption to the community. An office space build-out was also part of this plan of action. In the near future, Buch will be performing an interior fit-out of the assembly and health and wellness center areas.
