This project included the complete demolition of the existing roofing materials to transform the space into a rooftop deck for the 12th floor amenity space. The construction included a new perimeter planter along the parapet wall with greenery, new pavers, and glass handrails. Construction was carefully planned to ensure proper weather protection.
