Buch renovated the 31,000 SF food court at Potomac Mills Mall, Virginia’s largest outlet mall near Washington D.C., for Simon Property Group. The project scope encompassed the installation of new floor tile, ceiling clouds, light fixtures, and furniture, resulting in a modernized dining atmosphere for mall visitors. Construction was phased overnight to avoid disrupting food court operations at the shopping destination.
