Simon Potomac Mills Entrance Relocation and Sak’s White Box

Buch was contracted to make upgrades to 55,000 SF of space at Potomac Mills Mall, a Simon Center, located in Woodbridge, VA. Buch replaced existing wood flooring throughout the mall concourse with more durable tile. In order to build the Sak’s Off 5th Ave. whitebox and the new entrances associated with it, Entrance A to the mall was relocated and updated with a similar design to match the aesthetic of the entire mall. The mall remained fully functional during renovation.
