Spinnaker Bay Harbor East

Buch worked with the Harbor East Management Group on the 43,285 SF amenity and common area upgrades to their luxury downtown Baltimore apartment building, Spinnaker Bay. The scope consisted of new high-end finishes and lighting including an all-marble main lobby. The building was fully occupied, so work was carefully done around the residents to keep the site safe and disruption to a minimum.
