Under Armour’s Flagship Brand House

Buch recently completed the Under Armour Flagship Brand House located in Baltimore Peninsula. This 24,000 square foot build out situated on the ground floor of a five-story building that was still in the process of construction. The team had a hard turnover date of black Friday, and they beat it by almost two weeks. The project featured a heavy architectural scope, including high ceilings, custom light boxes, blacked steel wrapped millwork. A key focus of our team was the BIM coordination with the existing base building MEPS.
