Buch completed this 50,000 SF project in three separate phases simultaneously to meet OCC’s phased move and occupancy needs. The project required construction of complex high-end millwork details, lacquer panels, customized Selux light fixtures and private office glass wall partition system all within a fast-track schedule. The project included an extensive security and audio-visual package to accommodate OCC’s Learning Interactive Center.
