Buch Southeast is proud to collaborate with Auburn University on a growing portfolio of projects that enhance student life, athletic performance, and campus infrastructure. Each one embodies our team’s hallmark values, made up of collaboration, precision, and a shared vision for progress.

From the start, this effort has been about people. Our team has been working hand-in-hand with the university, and local trade partner community, known for its tight-knit culture and selectiveness.

Rather than chasing quick wins, we’ve focused on building trust, especially in the bidding and buyout process. “We stay in contact with our trade partners through the bid process and in between bid projects to help foster long lasting relationships,”  Project Executive Steve Gels noted, a practice that has quickly earned Buch a reputation for integrity and collaboration in a competitive market.

Working on an active university campus brings its own unique challenges, including limited parking, constant student activity, and even pausing for home football games, but the team embraces these moments as part of what makes the work special. After all, every project at Auburn is a contribution to a community they genuinely care about.
