Buch is proud to have partnered with Nordstrom Rack on a range of successful projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and Southeast regions, including Maryland, New York, Virginia, Washington, DC, and Florida. Our work has encompassed both new store build-outs and interior fit-outs in diverse retail environments, allowing us to showcase our expertise in delivering high-quality, turnkey solutions tailored to each location’s unique requirements.

Our scope of work has included constructing brand-new stores from the ground up as well as renovating existing retail spaces. We have managed all aspects of these projects, such as shell construction, tenant improvements, polished concrete and vinyl tile flooring, drywall installation, painting, and millwork. Additionally, our teams have handled specialized tasks like installing loading dock equipment, exterior paving and improvements, and new rooftop units (RTUs).

On the interior, Buch has provided comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) system upgrades, communications and security systems, lighting installations, and custom casework for various store departments. We have also delivered detailed finishes including slatwall systems, ACM paneling, department signage, cash wraps, restroom renovations, shelving, and fixturing. Our experience extends to both single-story and multi-story retail spaces in mixed-use communities and shopping centers.
