Buch worked with Rosenthal Properties on a complete gut and rebuild of 39,022 SF interiors of this store. In addition, the existing storefront was removed and re-framed with added structural steel and cold-formed steel. The scope included masonry, EIFS, concrete, and the relocation of seven (7) RTUs with additional structural support.
