Aldi Grocery Store

Silver Spring, MD

Buch was awarded the exterior demolition and interior renovation of a new Aldi store in Silver Spring, MD. This project featured a modern facade with storefront, curtainwall, fiber cement, and aluminum panel elements. The exterior scope also included a grocery curbside pickup parking spots in addition to a landlord utility space. The 20,727 SF interior fit-out was constructed in line with the current Aldi standards including all new sales floor finishes, new HVAC and electrical systems, and coordination with coolers, freezers, and integrated refrigeration equipment, as well as installing owner furnished equipment.
