Buch worked with Burke & Herbert Bank to transform an existing Peet’s Coffee into a modern retail banking branch. This project entailed a complete interior demolition and selective exterior demolition of the existing building. This fast-paced 11-week schedule included a complete reroof, repaved parking lot, exterior wood framing, new EIFS and brick, and a complete interior renovation.
