Kohl’s

Buch was proud to be awarded our first Kohl’s new store build-out in Bonita Springs, FL. This project involves a comprehensive 42,000-square-foot transformation of a former retail space. The scope of work includes electrical upgrades, RTU replacements, implementing Kohl’s signature finishes, and installing a complete fixture package.

As with any large-scale project, coordination among stakeholders was key to success. We worked closely with the landlord to address overlapping shell/site work early in the project and ensured seamless alignment with Kohl’s direct vendors to meet each major milestone. This careful coordination kept Kohl’s internal schedule on track with our overall construction timeline.
