Buch has built numerous branches for PNC Bank throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area, both ground-out and in-line products. Each branch is constructed to meet LEED Silver certification. Unique features include green roofs, materials with high recycled content, high-efficiency HVAC materials, and prefabricated wall panels. Buch worked with PNC’s vendors and material suppliers to meet their aggressive completion schedules.
Buch has supported PNC Bank’s portfolio with a broad range of specialty projects including ADA upgrades, parking lot repairs, interior modifications and decommissioning projects.
