Buch was contracted to renovate the Point Breeze Credit Union corporate office, which serves its members in the greater Baltimore area. The renovation consisted of a new two-story addition to the existing office building comprising of a steel frame structure with EIFS finish, metal panel, storefront windows, curtain wall systems, elevator and stair tower. The exterior renovation of the existing building facade included new cladding, windows, roof and a comprehensive site work package. On the interior, Buch constructed new office spaces, conference rooms, break areas and other amenities with high-end features throughout. In addition to the corporate office renovation, Buch completed a phased renovation of the existing Point Breeze Credit Union branch. A temporary teller line was built in the early phases to accommodate customers while allowing for the construction of a new teller line. The credit union remained open during the entire construction process. The scope of work included new millwork throughout, teller pods, a new ADA single restroom, new break room and new modern finishes throughout.
