Buch partnered with NAI Michael on the new ground up construction of Phase 2 of the Ritchie Station Marketplace project in Capitol Heights, MD. The project included over 100,000 SF of retail space for Ashley Furniture, Gold’s Gym, DSW, Lane Bryant, and a separate multi-tenant building. The project also included interior fit-out work for Ashley Furniture, DSW and Gold’s Gym.
