Buch Construction worked with the NAI Michael on the construction of Phase 2 of the Ritchie Station Marketplace project in Capitol Heights, MD.  The project included over 100,000 SF of retail space for Ashley Furniture, Golds Gym, DSW, Lane Bryant, and a separate multi-tenant building.  The project included some tenant interiors for Ashley Furniture and DSW.  The Golds Gym interior is currently under construction and is expected to finish Summer 2017.
