The Annapolis Mall Food Court Renovation is the last phase of a larger mall renovation which included a restroom renovation along with an exterior stair replacement. Buch renovated the entire food court while keeping all tenants operational during the construction process, especially during the replacement of all underground plumbing tie-ins at each tenant. This renovation included the replacement of all floor and wall tile throughout, along with custom banquette furniture and two brand new escalators. Other key features include new decorative light fixtures, millwork features, and new entry doors which serve to welcome Westfield’s customers to the new and improved dining court.
