Buch’s first project at Auburn University turned underused storage into a vibrant office suite and concierge-style fitness area that balances both form and function. What once sat idle now serves as a dynamic hub where staff and students connect and train.

The team brought a high-end retail mindset to this build, paying close attention to every joint, finish, and transition. That level of craftsmanship translated into a space that’s as polished as it is practical. Inside, the new layout includes an Olympic Training Room with specialty athletic flooring, 20 modern offices framed in glass storefronts and accented by Auburn-themed graphics, and a mix of wood and acoustic ceiling systems that give the space warmth and energy.

Our team pivoted where necessary, working through scope changes and complex campus logistics, earning praise for our pace and communication. The success of this first project established a foundation of trust and positioned Buch for a continued presence on campus.
