Buch completed a 5,190 SF building addition and remodel of a 11,371 SF space for the Heat and Frost Insulators and Allied Workers Local 24. The building houses the organization’s main offices and Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (JATC) program. Work included the addition of three new classrooms, a large training area on the second floor and the installation of a new elevator to the existing building.
